George Stecz has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in development, investment sales, and acquisitions. Starting as a Development Controller at Duke Realty Corporation, George contributed to over 10 million square feet of projects in Ohio. At CBRE, as First Vice President, George led a team that executed more than $2 billion in sales. Subsequently serving as Senior Vice President at Colliers, George managed investment sales totaling $300 million. As Director of Business Development at Scioto Properties, George focused on healthcare real estate, and currently, as Senior Vice President-Investment Services at Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions, George provides client-focused commercial real estate solutions. George holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
