There, they worked with the Managing Partner on the sale of a $7M EBITDA consumer products company to a financial sponsor.

After Riverbrook Capital, Bruno joined Palm Tree LLC as an M&A Associate. Bruno was responsible for corporate FP&A, business transition & transformation, and financial due diligence. Bruno then moved to Wilshire Associates, where they worked as an Investment Associate in the private markets. Bruno was responsible for origination, evaluation, and execution of investments across private equity, private credit, and private real assets.

Most recently, Bruno has been working as a Business Strategy Manager at EquityBee. In this role, they are responsible for leading and executing the company’s business strategy.

Bruno Guedes has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, a Certificate in Corporate Finance from UCLA Extension, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
