Fred Becker

Fred Becker is the Associate Director of Growth Marketing at EquityMultiple. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Client Strategy at HexaGroup from January 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading agency growth and client development in New York City.

Client responsibilities for Fred included the development of digital strategy, planning and implementation of client marketing activities, budget development and management, creative and strategic ideation, campaign planning, campaign management (A/B testing, content sourcing and landing page development, conversion improvement, etc.), and all digital tracking implementation (GA and GTM, social media pixels, remarking audience lists, goal/conversions and events). Fred also was responsible for website and campaign performance reporting (including monthly reports and custom real-time reporting dashboard).

In addition to their role as Director of Client Strategy, Fred also served as the Manager of Client Paid Media, MarTech Product Manager, Internal Sales Support, and they led all HexaGroup advertising efforts. As Manager of Client Paid Media, they were responsible for performance and adherence to KPIs for all client PPC campaigns. Fred served as SME for all other paid digital media while acting as overall support to colleagues and implemented and managed campaign automations.

As MarTech Product Manager, they were responsible for the development, management, and internal training of HexaGroup’s MarTech stack. For Internal Sales Support, they performed regular digital marketing audits for sales

Fred Becker has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. Fred also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Marketing Management from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Additionally, they have a certification from Beijing Institute of Education in Chinese Language. Finally, they have an Honors certification in Political Science and Chinese from Calvin University.

They work with David Lofgren - Digital Media Manager, Rachel Martinez - Unknown role, and Spring Nguyen - Associate Director - Brand & Marketing. Their manager is Soren Godbersen, Chief Growth Officer.
