Milan Parekh is a Principal at Mercer Street Partners, where they head up acquisitions and asset management. Milan has over 30 years of experience in real estate and private equity, and has been involved in acquiring and overseeing asset management of over $3.5 billion in real estate. Milan has also provided capital markets advisory services on over $2.0 billion of investments across a multitude of assets including multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality & lodging, and land developments.

Milan Parekh holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University - Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
