Jonathan Lachance is a Partner and Associate Broker at Equium Group, bringing over 15 years of real estate experience in residential, office, retail, and industrial asset classes. Since 2011, they have managed close to 3 billion dollars in assets for institutional and high net worth investors in the Calgary market. Recognized for environmental stewardship, Jonathan has certified over 3 million square feet of commercial office property under various green rating programs. They obtained a BAdmin with Distinction from the John Molson School of Business, a Postgraduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia, and an MSc in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford.
