Carolina Conger

Carolina Conger has a varied work experience starting from 2013 as a teaching assistant at Universidad EAFIT for six months. Carolina then worked for Productos Familia S.A as a product marketing analyst from June 2014 to August 2016, analyzing market data and consumer behavior to identify market opportunities. From May 2018 to April 2020, they worked for Six Spoke Media as an account manager and chief of staff, where they oversaw the growth of the company and managed diverse projects. Carolina then worked at POS360 INC as a category product manager and marketing project manager from November 2020 to March 2022, where they led their team to research, develop, and execute new product lines and initiatives and conducted market research on their products and services. In March 2022, they started working as a marketing VA at Equivity and as a real estate agent at Keller Williams VIP Properties.

Carolina Conger earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing with Focus on Digital Marketing from Universidad EAFIT from 2011 to 2015. Carolina later obtained their Master in International Business from Hult International Business School from 2017 to 2018. Prior to these degrees, they completed their high school education at Marymount School Medellin in 2008.
