Chris Carder

Chris Carder is an accomplished Executive Director of the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Co-Director of Entrepreneurial Studies at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where they also serve as an Adjunct Professor and Special Advisor to the Office of the President. With over 25 years in the Digital/Technology Sector, Chris co-founded ThinData, Canada’s largest email marketing services provider, before its acquisition in 2018. They have held various advisory roles for multiple startups, including as a Special Advisor for Aether and Portl Media, and are involved in numerous initiatives to support entrepreneurship and innovation. Chris has also contributed significantly to the non-profit sector, having served as Chairman of the International White Ribbon Campaign.
