Brian Hennings

Brian Hennings is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at EQUS since December 2017. Previously, Hennings worked as an Associate at Warren Benson Amantea LLP and D'Arcy & Deacon LLP, specializing in civil litigation, administrative law, and commercial litigation, with experience appearing in various courts, including the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Hennings holds a Juris Doctor degree from Bond University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations from the same institution and a Bachelor of Management in Marketing from The University of Lethbridge. Additionally, Hennings has prior experience in account management and sales with companies such as RBC, Bell, and Apple.
