Charles Cruz is a seasoned professional in global mobility management with extensive experience in client services and operational support. Currently serving as Client Services Manager for Global Mobility at Equus Software since January 2022, Charles focuses on providing human-centered Employer of Record solutions across 214 countries. Previously, Charles held the position of Global Mobility Executive at Nestlé and spent nearly a decade at IBM in various roles, including HR Global Mobility Team Lead and Assignment Manager, where responsibilities included issue resolution, operational support, coaching, and administrative tasks. Charles began the career as a Recruitment Specialist at ExcelAsia. Charles earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Beda University in 2011.
