Rip Rowan

Rip Rowan, M.B.A., is a builder, organizer, and entrepreneur dedicated to making a meaningful difference for those in poverty. They have held leadership and consulting positions across public, private, and non-profit sectors, focusing on building effective teams and leveraging technology to support economic progress. With experience as Vice President at Alchemy Systems and President of Productive Work Systems, Inc., Rip has developed partnerships and created programs that have positively impacted thousands. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas and a Master's in Business Administration from Georgia State University, and currently serve as Director of National and Strategic Partnerships at Equus Workforce Solutions.
