Tyson Taylor

Tyson Taylor is the President of EQV Resources and has a strong background in M&A and corporate finance. They served as Counsel at Magnetar Capital, managing legal aspects for a $4B+ energy and infrastructure group from 2015 to 2022. Previously, they held roles as General Counsel for Star Peak Corp II and Secretary and General Counsel for Star Peak Energy Transition Corporation, where they facilitated acquisitions, including that of Stem, Inc. Tyson has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at both BYU Law School and London Business School, specializing in alternative PE and hedge fund transactions.
