Ronit Levin

Ronit Levin is the Owner and CEO of Era Consultants, a consulting firm dedicated to driving organizational change and improvement since June 2010. With a strong background in organizational development, Ronit previously served as an Organizational Development Manager at the College of Management Academic Studies and held roles including Teaching Assistant and Employment Sector Manager at מרכז הכוון ויעוץ. Additional experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Biolink and a Psychotechnical Section Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where Ronit managed human resources processes. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and dual Bachelor's degrees in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
