Frédérick Imbert

Frédérick Imbert has a diverse background in customer relations and IT support. They began their career as a phone technician at BALAIN Telecom and later expanded their skills in graphic design and customer communication as an entrepreneur at FiGZoR Design. Frédérick served in various roles at Apple Retail, including IT Technician and Administrative Assistant, and most recently held the position of IT Support Coordinator for MTF Quadra SA from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Frédérick is responsible for operations and customer relations at Etat de Vaud. They hold a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Communication Networks and Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in mathematics.
