Luca Pession is currently the Directeur général adjoint at the Etat de Vaud and has served in various leadership roles throughout their career, including President of SKKBS CSEPC CSSPC and member of the CIIP commission for professional maturity. Luca has held several positions in the Etat de Fribourg, notably as a Maitre professionnel in economics and law, and as Doyen for EPAI / GIBS. In addition to their executive roles, Luca is pursuing a Master of Arts in Management at the Université de Fribourg while also having completed a CAS in Change Management from HEC Lausanne.
