Nuria Gorrite

Nuria Gorrite is a seasoned public servant and cultural leader currently serving as a Conseillère d’Etat in the Etat de Vaud. Their extensive experience includes roles as a Conservatrice de musée at the Musée Alexis Forel and Directrice de galerie d’art at the Centre culturel Morges. From 2012 to 2022, they held multiple positions within the Etat de Vaud, including Conseillère d'État in charge of the Department of Infrastructure and Human Resources, and later as Cheffe du Département des Institutions, Culture, Infrastructure et Ressources humaines. They also contributed to local governance as a Conseillère municipale in the Commune de Morges from 2000 to 2008.
