Pascal Blunier

Pascal Blunier is the Chef de section géologie at Etat de Vaud, where they focus on geological issues within the region. With professional experience spanning multiple sectors and continents, Pascal developed a particular interest in solid waste and WASH sectors, as well as integrated resource management and human development in urban areas. They hold a PhD in Environment from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, where they also earned an engineering degree in Environmental Sciences and Engineering. Previously, Pascal has worked on significant projects addressing environmental management and urban regeneration, showcasing their ability to lead innovative initiatives in multicultural environments.
