Patrick Amaru

Patrick Amaru is the current CIO and Directeur général DGNSI at Etat de Vaud, where Patrick leads the Digital and IT/IS organization with a significant budget and a large team of IT employees. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Managing Director at ProjExperts Sarl, focusing on project management and interim management services. With extensive experience in leading project management teams at Hewlett-Packard International and IBM, Patrick has a strong background in IT infrastructure projects and business leadership. Patrick holds a Diploma Informatique de gestion from ESVIG and has completed the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives at IMD.
