John Edens possesses extensive experience in the technical support and automotive fields. Currently serving as the RIS Engineering Team Lead and previously as a RIS Engineering Support Specialist at eRAD since January 2014, John is adept at resolving complex technical issues related to the RIS system. Prior to this role, John worked for nearly 27 years at Franks Service Center as an Automotive Technician, where a passion for the technical aspects of automotive repair was developed. Educationally, John holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Systems Administration from Greenville Technical College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
