Tiya Ravindran is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consulting, account management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Consultant at Eradigm Consulting since July 2023, Tiya previously held multiple roles at Syneos Health, including Account Executive and EU Graduate, where the focus was on biopharmaceutical solutions. Experience as a Business Analyst at Syrona Health involved developing digital health platforms for chronic conditions. Tiya also participated in an entrepreneurial program with UCL Entrepreneurs and worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at UNIQA Insurance Group AG’s SanusX startup. Earlier roles include a successful tenure as a Fragrance Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior and various brand ambassador positions. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Bioscience Entrepreneurship from UCL and a degree in Biological Sciences (Neuroscience) from the University of Leicester.
