Coco Chen is an accomplished Proposal Manager and Project Risk Manager with extensive experience in the energy and environmental engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Proposal & Contract at Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd. and a Senior Commercial Manager at Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., Coco has a solid background in managing complex EPC project proposals and commercial negotiations, especially for coal-fired power and gas turbine power plants. Previously, Coco held significant positions at Black & Veatch and Alstom Power, demonstrating expertise in proposal management, project execution, and risk assessment. Coco earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology.
