Raphael Gadret

Raphael Gadret is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in engineering, research, and management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the COO and Decarbonization Program Manager at Eramet since September 2021, Raphael has also held digital officer roles focused on Factory 4.0 and railway operations. Prior to Eramet, Raphael worked as a research engineer at UCL, developing computer vision algorithms for studying zebrafish behavior, and gained valuable experience as a research intern at Inserm analyzing functional MRI data. Additional internships include a testing engineer position at Dreem and a cadet officer role in the French Army, where Raphael honed leadership and management skills. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, an MS in Neuroscience from UCL, and an engineering degree from École Polytechnique.
