Raphaël Pacta

Raphaël Pacta is a Senior Geologist at Eramet with over 15 years of experience in geology, specializing in Ni-Co laterite deposits. Previously, Raphaël held the position of Geology Manager at Comilog SA, where they were responsible for all geology operations and significantly improved drilling productivity. Raphaël's expertise includes exploration and mining in challenging environments, along with a strong focus on management and ESG principles. They have also contributed to geology operations in New Caledonia, Indonesia, and Gabon, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and leading successful teams. Raphaël holds a Master's degree in Mineral Resources and Economic Geology, complemented by additional studies in Geosciences and Mineral Resources.
