Griffin Barbula is a CMC project lead and analytical chemist with extensive experience supporting clinical development from Phase I to commercialization, including overseeing over 10 NDAs. They have held prominent roles at organizations like Gilead Sciences and Myovant Sciences, managing teams and driving method development for both small molecule drugs and combination products. Griffin earned a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from Stanford University and a BA in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Analytical Chemistry and Operations at Erasca, Inc.
