Lisa Tesvich

Lisa Tesvich, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Erasca, Inc., a biotech company focused on discovering precision medicines for cancer patients. Prior to this, Lisa was the President and CEO of Inspire True Leadership, where they provided executive coaching and consulting services to senior leaders across various industries. Lisa also worked as a Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach at The Leadership Edge from 2018 to 2021. In addition, Lisa volunteered as a Coach at The Honor Foundation, assisting military Special Operators with their transition to civilian careers. Lisa held positions as a Director at Mellon Financial HR and Investor Solutions and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Global Human Resources Solutions. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as an Associate at Drake Beam Morin, where they conducted career transition workshops and provided coaching to executives.

Lisa Tesvich, Ph.D. has a strong background in psychology and leadership. Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara in 1987. Lisa then pursued further education at Tulane University, where they earned both a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology between 1989 and 1994.

In recent years, Lisa has focused on enhancing their coaching skills. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a certificate in Brain Based Leadership from The Academy of Brain-based Leadership. In 2019, they furthered their expertise in coaching by obtaining a certificate in Brain Based Coaching from the Neuroleaderhip Institute. Additionally, Lisa holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in August 2020.
