Roxana Picard

Roxana Serbanescu Picard is currently the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Erasca, where they oversee critical initiatives in oncology. They previously served as the Director of Clinical Operations at Erasca from 2021 to 2024 and have held various roles in the clinical research sector, including positions at AstraZeneca, MedImmune, and Accelovance. Roxana began their career as a Research Assistant at George Washington University Medical Center and has extensive experience in managing early phase oncology trials and other therapeutic areas. They earned a BS and BA in Biology and Psychology with a focus on Pre-Medicine from The George Washington University.
