Erwin's earlier experience includes working as an IT System Operator at Van Ommeren Intexo from August 1991 to July 1997. Erwin has pursued numerous educational opportunities, recently achieving a Lean Black Belt and Lean Green Belt through the Lean Competency System, along with various other certifications in IT service management, project management, and contract management spanning from 2005 to 2024.
