Ronald Breen

Ronald Breen has an extensive background in both military and human resources sectors. Breen served in the Koninklijke Marine from February 1991 to February 1997, holding various positions such as Waarnemer, Luitenant ter Zee, and Rescue Coordinator Controller, gaining expertise in navigation, crew management, and search operations. After transitioning to the civilian sector, Breen worked as a Crewplanner for Jo Tankers and as an HR-manager for NCS Pearson BV between 1997 and 2002, advising on HR structures and processes. Currently, Breen serves as an HR-adviseur at Erasmus MC and engages in volunteer work with the Nederlands Veteraneninstituut and Stichting Veteranen Search Team. Breen's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Hogeschool Rotterdam and various certificates in management and strategy from institutions like the Open Universiteit and Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.
