Sander Oei is an anesthesiologist and intensivist based in Rotterdam. They currently work at Erasmus MC as an anesthesiologist and at Sint Franciscus Gasthuis as an intensivist, having previously held positions such as AIOS Anesthesiologie and ANIOS Intensive Care. Sander is also a co-owner of Decent Learning, where they provide lectures, workshops, and courses for prospective medicine students, and serves as a working group member for the Dutch guideline on anesthesia in obesity until 2025. They obtained their bachelor's and master's degrees in Medicine from Maastricht University, graduating cum laude.
