Sofie Benneheij has been serving as the Medisch coordinator at the Voortplantingscentrum of Erasmus MC since December 2014, where also holds the position of Gynaecologist and specializes in Reproductive Medicine. Areas of expertise include reproductive medicine, endocrinology, fertility preservation, early pregnancy, and pediatric gynecology. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Waarnemend gynaecoloog at Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis in late 2014, as well as positions as an arts assistent in training to become a gynaecologist at both Erasmus MC and Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis from 2009 to 2014. Sofie Benneheij graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
