Wout Veltman is an orthopaedic and trauma surgeon at Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, specializing in complex primary and revision arthroplasty of the hip and knee, as well as traumatic injuries. They are currently the chair of the Dutch national Orthopaedic Infection Society and serve as the country delegate for the Netherlands at the European Bone and Joint Infection Society.
