Simone Lepore was the President of the Erasmus Student Network. They previously served as Education Officer at ESN Italia (2024–2025), where they were responsible for policy and advocacy and for maintaining institutional relations with key youth and higher education stakeholders, including Erasmus+/INDIRE National Agency, Uni-Italia (Study in Italy), the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MUR), Italian National Youth Council (CNG), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI). They also held the role of Liaison Officer for Inclusive Mobility to promote mobility for students with fewer opportunities and social inclusion in higher education. Earlier, they were a Research Assistant at the Nova SBE Economics of Education Knowledge Center (2023–2024) and a Policy Intern with ESN, and they studied at Nova School of Business and Economics (2023–2025).
