Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes has extensive experience in the engineering field, particularly in process engineering across various manufacturing companies. Since May 2016, Mark has served as a Process Engineer at ERB Industries, focusing on maintaining and improving manufacturing programs. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Consolidated Metco as a Plastics Process Engineer from January 2012 to March 2016, and briefly at Portola Packaging in 2011 in a similar capacity. Additionally, Mark has held positions at IAC Group as a Process Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities included maintenance of the PM program and training process technicians. Mark's career began at Lear Corporation, where from 1994 to 2007, development of processes for new tooling and troubleshooting on the floor were key responsibilities.
