Colleen previously served as Executive Director of Business Development at ETS and held various positions at NCR Corporation and Prometric Inc., where they achieved notable revenue growth and client satisfaction. Currently, Colleen is a first-year Doctoral candidate in Learning & Organizational Change and holds an MBA along with a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
