SERHAT DALKILIÇ

Serhat Dalkılıç is a General Manager and Registered Technology Transfer Professional with extensive expertise in intellectual property, project planning, and construction management. They served as a Civil Engineer and IPR Department Chief at Erciyes Teknopark from 2009 to 2019, and have been an Ambassador for the European IPR Helpdesk since 2015. Serhat holds multiple degrees in Civil Engineering, including a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master of Engineering, and a Doctorate from Erciyes Üniversitesi, completing their doctoral studies in 2022.
