Fabrizio Visconti is a highly skilled professional in Operational Excellence, specializing in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence & Global Lean Trainer at ERBC, Fabrizio is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They previously held roles in various organizations, including a Management Consultant and Operational Excellence Manager, where they led numerous Lean Six Sigma initiatives and training programs.
