He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ERBUD SA since 2006 as an independent member. He is also an associate of the Audit Committee of ERBUD SA

In the years 1993-2000 he was the branch director and director of the Warsaw region at ING Bank Śląski SA For the next three years he was the vice-president of the Management Board and then the President of the Management Board at Śląski Bank Hipoteczny SA

From 2003 to 2008, he was the vice-president of the Management Board at BGŻ SA. For over 30 years he has been a researcher and lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics - currently he is the Director of the Institute of Corporate Finance and Investments and vice-dean at the College of Enterprise Sciences.

In the years 2002-2004 and again since 2009, he is a member of the State Qualification Committee - Subcommittee for real estate appraisal.
