Maksym Pravylo is a seasoned business leader with over 14 years of experience in business development and category management. Currently, Maksym leads the Peripherals Solutions and Accessories Division at ERC, where they manage a team of 11 and have significantly increased turnover by implementing strategic plans. Previously, Maksym held leadership roles at Maxi.az, Music Gallery, and Eldorado, where they developed successful retail strategies, optimized inventory, and secured key contracts. Maksym earned a Master's degree in Cybernetics from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
