Oleksandr Tkachuk is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and media sectors, with a background in key account management, customer service, and journalism. Beginning as a провідний спеціаліст at Держспецзв’язок, Oleksandr progressed to roles at Vodafone, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and improving subscriber loyalty. Subsequently, Oleksandr worked at ERC as a journalist and host of video reviews, later advancing to the role of Director of the Graphic and Text Content Division at ERC Distribution, overseeing content strategy and team leadership. Oleksandr holds a specialist diploma in telecommunications engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
