Chunyue Wang

Chunyue Wang is a Senior Meter Engineer at ERCOT since July 2004, responsible for administrating and verifying market participant compliance with ERCOT Protocols regarding EPS metering facilities, including the review and approval of design proposals and site certifications. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Programmer and Research Assistant at the University of Texas - Pan American from September 2001 to July 2004, where suffix tree algorithms were implemented for data mining research. Chunyue also worked as an Automation Engineer at Zhuhai Electric Power Supply Company from July 1990 to April 2001, contributing to the conceptual design of the WH-9808 Remote Terminal Unit and Foregrounding Unit, and as an Assistant Engineer at Shunde Xigui Cable Co. from July 1989 to June 1990, focusing on production process documentation. Chunyue holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas-Pan American and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Automation Control from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
