David Martin

David Martin is an experienced talent acquisition manager with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) since May 2023, David oversees recruitment for a critical organization that manages electric power flow to over 26 million customers. Prior to this role, David spent nearly a decade at ONEOK, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition and ensuring the company's midstream service capabilities were effectively staffed. Additional experience includes supervisory and recruiting roles in engineering recruitment at Aerotek and Maxim Staffing Services, respectively.
