Diane Gwinn

Diane Gwinn has a long and varied work experience, starting with their role as Settlement Analyst at ERCOT in May 2001. Diane then worked their way up within the company, holding positions such as Operations Specialist, Release Coordinator, and Manager in various IT departments. In 2016, they became a Manager in IT Compliance before moving on to roles as Senior Manager in IT Optimization, IT Operations, and eventually Director of Corporate IT Services. Prior to their time at ERCOT, Diane worked at Bryan Texas Utilities as a Customer Service Advocate and an Application Support Specialist.

Diane Gwinn attended Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing on Finance.
