Grady Sanders

Grady Sanders has over 22 years of experience in electric grid operations, currently serving as a Senior Transmission Operator and Power System Operator at ERCOT since June 2007. In this role, Grady has successfully led efforts to enhance the ERCOT test team by organizing the recruitment of 75 specialized contracted resources and supervising their daily activities. Prior to this, Grady worked as a Power System Operator at The Electric Reliability Council of Texas from April 2001 to June 2006, where qualifications included both Transmission and Generation System Operator, contributing to the maintenance of the Texas Electric Grid's viability. Grady's educational background includes attendance at the College of Charleston from 1981 to 1984 and Lakenheath High School.
