Johnathan Gensler

Johnathan Gensler is an experienced professional in engineering and facilities management, currently serving as a Facility Supervisor at ERCOT since May 2017, where responsibilities have included roles as Sr. Facility Tech and Manager for Building Maintenance and Critical Infrastructure. Prior to ERCOT, Johnathan held a Project Manager position at BDB Solutions, LLC for a brief period in April 2017, and spent over five years at Alcoa Inc as a Pre Production Reliability specialist focused on capital projects. Early career experience includes a tenure as a Senior Mechanical Designer at Magnum Engineering from June 2002 to June 2011. Johnathan's educational credentials include a PhD in Engineering Technology from The University of Sheffield, further augmented by a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by executive education from The University of Texas at Austin.
