Luke Laney

Luke Laney is an accomplished professional with experience in production support and customer service. Currently serving as an Associate Production Support Analyst at ERCOT since May 2019, Luke has also held the roles of Production Support Analyst and IT Commercial Operations & Integrations Intern at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Member Services Attendant at Hill Country Indoor Sports and Fitness and as a Customer Service Attendant at Lexus. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University, completed in 2019.
