Mandy Bauld

Mandy Bauld has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Mandy worked at ERCOT from 2005 to the present, starting as a Settlement Analyst and progressing through various roles including Manager of Settlements & Billing, Director of Settlement & Retail Operations, and Director of the Project Management Office. Mandy is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Project Management Office. Prior to ERCOT, they worked at SunGard Consulting Services as a Lead Senior Consultant from 1999 to 2005.

Mandy Bauld obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Texas McCombs School of Business. Mandy pursued their education in this field from 1995 to 1999.
