Mark L.

Mark L. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT application development and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager, Lead at ERCOT since May 2017. Mark's responsibilities include focusing on enhancements to the Energy Management System (EMS) and Market Management System (MMS), specifically related to renewable energy. Prior to ERCOT, Mark held senior roles at the Employees Retirement System of Texas and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. With extensive experience spanning several companies such as Dell, Accenture, and Dynegy Inc., Mark has developed expertise in business intelligence, software engineering practices, and project lifecycle methodologies. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business and an Associate's Degree in Engineering from Pensacola State College.
