Nathan Bigbee

Nathan Bigbee is a seasoned legal professional with significant expertise in regulatory and corporate law, currently serving as Chief Regulatory Counsel at ERCOT since 2011. Previous roles at ERCOT include Deputy General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining ERCOT, Nathan worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas from 2004 to 2011 and as an Associate Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP from 2002 to 2004. Nathan holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and an LL.M. from The University of Edinburgh, as well as a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Texas A&M University.
