Parag Patil currently serves as a Grid and Market Application Engineer at ERCOT since September 2023. Previously, Parag worked as a Consultant at Infosys from February 2022 to April 2023, focusing on SCADA, ADMS, and EMS in the utilities domain. Prior to that, Parag was a Senior QA Engineer at GE Digital from May 2020 to February 2022. Between January 2012 and May 2020, Parag held the position of Team Lead for power system applications at Siemens, overseeing system analysis studies and project execution for EMS ADMS OMS AGC applications. Earlier experience includes serving as an Energy Auditor at CII - Godrej GBC and as Deputy Manager at SI Group. Parag holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in power systems from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
