Randy Eickenhorst

Randy Eickenhorst is an IT professional with extensive experience in transformation and management in various organizations. Currently serving as an IT Transformation Architect at ERCOT since June 2017, Randy focuses on the adoption of DevOps, standardized IT tools, and automation strategies, while leading the transition to a Product Owner development methodology. Previously, Randy held the position of IT Director at Dell Corp, overseeing a global team of 200 staff and significantly enhancing test environment capabilities. Additional roles at Dell included Senior Manager and IT Desktop Engineering Architect, where Randy drove process development and cost reduction initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions as an IT Auditor at Union Carbide and an Experienced Senior at Arthur Andersen. Randy also contributed to community service as the Committee Chair for BSA Troop 365 from January 2012 to February 2015, supporting one of the country's largest scouting troops. Education was completed at the University of Houston between 1989 and 1991.
