Shawn Scott

Shawn Scott is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital services and automation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Digital Services at ERCOT since March 2012, Shawn is responsible for the development and operational aspects of external digital communications. Previous roles at ERCOT include Manager of IT Tools Development, where an evolving portfolio of integrated application platforms and services was managed, and Manager of Cloud and IT Automation, providing strategic oversight for cloud solutions. Prior to ERCOT, Shawn worked at IBM, first as Service Delivery Manager overseeing mid-range environments and later as First Line Manager, focusing on Business Control measurements. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington.
